Trades must be posted to the Completed Trades forum by one of the teams involved. Trades can include players and draft picks. Trading Deadline is July 31 in game time.

Include all players and draft picks included, the position of the players, and which level they play at.

After Deadline-Trading

July 31st is the trade deadline in game. However, after that, waiver wire trading is available. Simply put, every player involved in a trade after July 31st must pass waivers, even prospects who are not on the 40 man roster. These waivers are revocable, so if you put a player on the waiver wire with the intentions of trading him, and he is claimed, you can then pull him back off waivers and not lose him.
