    Trading Cash

    In the past we've never been allowed to include cash in trades. Why is that? Do we need to revisit this rule?

    I didn't allow it mainly because of the cash ceiling of $15 million.  Teams can know ahead of time whether or not they're going to go above it, and thus basically trade something that is of no loss to them whatsoever.

    I agree with Grypht here, the capacity for abuse here, as in MLB, is wide open for abuse.  I'd prefer we left this closed.

    yeah, i don't see any reason to complicate things.  there's enough ways to balance a trade as it is.

    I agree also, no cash trades works just fine.
