During the offseason, after the FA period, if teams want to negotiate with unsigned FAs, the process is:
- Team X creates a new post per FA request in this forum
- If Team X and Team Y both offer to Player Y, the team appearing first in the draft order will get dibs.
- If Team X gets Player Y, they go to the bottom of the "draft list", and everyone else in the list gets dibs on Player Y.
- I'll track this list via a spreadsheet, preferrably an online Google Doc that you all (if you have Gmail accounts) have access to.
