He's not giving me any guidance at all, so not sure where to start. He's only made $350,000K in each year of arbitration...
Offer him $1,400,000 for two years... more than a million dollar raise. Good starting point anyway...

Hmm, OK, $2,500,000 for two years. Still reasonable for an OK SP, though he sure does have a propensity to rack up losses... (but then in Texas, that's not unusual...)
