... at some point post a final file prior to the rule 5 draft.  There are a lot of players currently listed that I'm sure will be protected.  So it will make it awfully hard to pick rule 5 selections from the current file we have.

Texas does have the first overall pick again this year, and I might actually take a player.  There are a couple scrubs on the Texas roster that certainly are replaceable...
