    New York trades: SP Ruben Moody

    for

    Chessie trades: 2nd round draft pick in the next rookie draft (1977 I believe)

    Confirmed.  Now here's hoping one of the four lightly proven starters I had in mind for Moody's spot works out as expected...  Wink

    I assume that if I release Richard Cavallo 3.1 million and William Wishart 950 thousand that will get me under budget, is that correct?

    I'd prefer they just get released by Chessie if that will fix the problem.  But if not, I can take them back in the trade.  I'll make space on my 40-man roster just in case...
